Shipping and Handling

We are happy to offer a selection of shipping options, utilizing our partners FedEx and USPS. Shipping options and prices are calculated based on order weight and delivery destination.

• The total delivery time for your order is based on the processing time and shipment method selected.
• Express and Standard Overnight services are not available for P.O. Boxes, FPO and APO addresses or U.S. Territories.
• A signature is not required for residential deliveries; however, all commercial deliveries require a signature.
• Free Shipping and Handling offers are valid on Value Shipping unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
• Shipping to AK, HI and PR require additional charges.
• All orders are processed quickly. Cancellations may not be available due to the short processing times; however, we will try to accommodate the request as best as possible.
• Please note, orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed during this time will not be processed until the next business day.
• Orders placed during the holiday season may have longer shipping times.

Large Board Shipping

Boards 5’ x 3’ and larger dry-erase whiteboards ship via less than truck load (LTL) or freight. Glass boards 4' x 3'and larger ship LTL or freight.  This is due to the size and weight of the boards.

Damages, Defects, or Missing Parts

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact our Customer Service team at 844-715-3694 within 5 days of your delivery date.

Pricing & Fees

Shipping rates are calculated based on total order weight, shipping method selected and delivery destination.

State and Local Taxes

Sales and use tax apply to the state to which items are being delivered.

ACCO Brands does business in all 50 states and therefore, is required by law to collect and remit sales and/or use taxes for all merchandise orders and shipping charges, except where exclusions apply (DE, MT, NH, and OR).

International Orders

Unfortunately, this site cannot accept orders from outside the US.
