Eligibility: The Quartet Make Your Mark Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who adhere to the Sweepstakes Official Rules (“Rules”) and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.). Void outside of the fifty United States and where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of ACCO BRANDS USA, LLC (“Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Sweepstakes Parties are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes shall be directed to Sponsor and not Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram. 1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.
2. Sweepstakes Period: Starting on May 5, 2025, 9:00am PT. This giveaway will close on May 14, 2025, at 11:59 PT, after which no further entries will be accepted. On May 16, 2025, Sponsor’s agent will pick one (1) winner per Partner and announce the Winner(s) on the Instagram post. The Winner(s) will have 24 hours to direct message Sponsor on Instagram and claim their prize. If a Winner(s) does not respond within 24 hours, a new Winner(s) will be chosen.
3. How to Participate: To participate via Instagram, follow the instructions in the Sweepstakes post of one of our Sweepstakes social media content creator collaborators’ (“Partner”) Instagram channels. Do everything stated in the caption of the Partner’s post that explains this Sweepstakes to be eligible to win the prize. If you do not follow and complete all of the instructions, you may not be considered to win the prize. You may participate only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not participate more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules or by entering on multiple Partner Instagram Channels. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor has the sole discretion to determine qualified entries. Sponsor is not obligated to acknowledge entries.
4. Prizes: The Prize will be a bundle containing the following items: (1) Quartet® ReWritables® Mini Dry-Erase Marker and Eraser Value Pack, (1) Quartet® Glass Desktop Dry-Erase Easel, (1) Quartet® DryGuard Dry-Erase Markers, Fine Tip, 36 Pack (30) Quartet® Education Lap Board
5. Total approximate value $184.99 per Prize bundle. There will be one (1) Prize bundle awarded to a single winner for each of our Partner’s posts for a total awarded of 2 The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsors discretion. The prize is nontransferable. All prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if an advertised prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason, as determined in Sponsor’s discretion. All prizes will be awarded provided they are claimed properly in accordance with these Official Rules. No more than the number of advertised prizes will be awarded.
6. Publicity Consent for Winners: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Sponsor’s designees to use Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, city/state of residence, and entry for promotional purposes including purposes of advertising and trade in any media worldwide without further notice, consent, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: One Winner will be selected from each of the Sponsor’s Partners’ entries by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. No person can win more than one Prize Bundle. The Winner(s) first name with last initial, city and state will be posted on the same post within a week after the contest ends. Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification is posted, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes as outlined in these Official Rules, you understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Sponsor may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
10. Terms & Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the participation process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and Meta and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, damages, or causes of action, including but not limited to illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
12. Disputes: THIS Sweepstakes IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF United States AND Illinois, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Lake County, Illinois having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, consequential damages, and/or any other damages including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

14. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: ACCO BRANDS 4 Corporate Drive, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Requests must be received no later than May 31, 2025, at 11:59pm EST.
